Sunshine with an air temperature of 20-25°C, swimming in a 50m Olympic Pool with exclusive use of 2 – 3 lanes.
Ideal preparation for the ASA Swimming County Championships and forthcoming Triathlon Season.
During 6 hours of training every day, 3 hours are spent on Mt. Tiede, Tenerife, riding into altitude from 2500m to 3700m.
