We are pleased to announce that Harry Bamforth, aged 13, won Gold in the 1500m Freestyle event at the annual Sunderland Firecracker Meet on Sunday 3rd November in a time of 18:18:25. Harry has been training with us since the age of 3, up to 3 hours per week.
